Admission:
Admission to the above B.Tech Programs will be on the basis of qualifying examination and entrance exam. For B. Arch a separate aptitude test will be conducted.

Admission to the M. Tech. / MBA / MCA Programs will be on the basis of entrance exam marks. Candidate with valid GATE score are exempted from entrance examination.

Eligibility:
UG Programs: A pass in qualifying examination, B. Tech/Marine Engineering: As per the norms and standards of DG shipping, Govt. of India.

PG Programs: A graduation from relevant field and selection is based on performance in the entrance examination.

About the Course: MBA (SEM) is two year full time programme designed to address the specific needs of the Software Industry for Software Project Management Professionals.

Eligibility – Graduation in any branch of Engineering and Technology of MCA. Candidates with B.Sc. / M. Sc. Will also be considered with a one year bridge course specially designed by the School of Business Management. MCA graduate are eligible for MBA (IT-NET) only.

Selection – The candidates who have appeared for any of the nationally recognized entrance tests for management education like CAT, MAT, XAT, JMET etc. will be considered for admission through group discussion and personal interview. The candidate who did not take any test will be required to take a test to be offered by SBM in Patiala on a date to be announced through the website. Candidates with work experience are preferred. They must have aptitude towards academic pursuit.
